Grid model of our floor: 1 cell ≈ 1 m, robots move in lockstep, one cell per second, and may follow nose-to-tail. Each second 1% of planned moves are held back at random, with the robots queued behind them. A pod presentation is one pod presented at one of the 16 pick stations; a pod's return is folded into the next fetch. Planner: PIBT with soft guidance. Every step is checked for collisions.
